Reaching Nations works together with the National Christian Foundation (NCF) to accept direct gifts of full or partial interest in unencumbered real estate. Such gifts can provide you with a far greater tax deduction than if you sell the real estate yourself and then donate the proceeds to Reaching Nations. NCF will handle the administrative burden by receiving, managing or selling the asset for you, and then placing the net proceeds into our Reaching Nations Fund.
To begin the process of donating real estate, please use the form below. It is recommended to notify Reaching Nations of all donations initiated that we may follow up with the NCF. Our Name (Reaching Nations Fund) and Fund Number (1893199) should be on all documents sent.
